We are having a HUGE garage sale fundraiser for our adoption. Garage sale hours will be 7 am to 3 pm on Saturday, June 26.
If you would like to help, (please, please, please)…I need set up people that would be willing to come early like 6 am. We have to haul bags and boxes of stuff from my basement and sort through things, display them on tables, and price them. Unfortunately, I don’t have a garage so the basement is the holding zone for the time being.
We will have a breakfast bar for all you early risers…fruit, muffins, donuts, juice, coffee, tea…
We need muscle too…GUYS…to help Brandon with setting up the tables and moving furniture out of the house onto the lawn.
We will need people to strategically place our garage sale signs around our neighborhood.
We will need at least five people overseeing the garage sale purchases. So, far…we have Jenn, Barb, Andrea, Trina and Sharon…thanks ladies! Our entire corner lot will be wrapped with tables, furniture, lemonade stand and bake sale. So we want to make sure that we cover the entire area with “overseers.” I have a feeling this sale is going to be crowded. I’m advertising on craigslist and in the gazette.
We also need a clean up crew from 3-5 pm. The ARC/Cerebral Palsy truck is coming around 4 pm to pick up anything that didn’t sell. We need to load the tables on the trucks…one for Boulder Street Church and the other tables return to Cave of the Winds.
This garage sale is going to be OUTSTANDING!
